XM Satellite Radio To Broadcast BIG EAST Mens and Womens Basketball Championships |

Little Falls, NJ, Nelligan Sports Marketing, Inc. (NSM) announced today the line-up for the XM Satellite Radio broadcasts of the BIG EAST Mens and Womens Basketball Championships. XM will broadcast both semi-final games of the BIG EAST Womens Basketball Championship live from the Hartford Civic Center in Hartford, Connecticut on Monday March 6, 2006. Tip-off for the first game will begin at 6:00 pm. The second semi-final game will immediately follow the first. XM will also broadcast the Championship game the following night on Tuesday March 7, 2006. Tip-off is scheduled to being at 7:00 pm. All games will be broadcast on XM Channel 200.
In addition, XM and NSM will provide exclusive satellite radio coverage of all 11 games of the BIG EAST Mens Basketball Championship live from Madison Square Garden starting on March 8, 2006. Well known BIG EAST play-by-play voices Dave Sims and John Rooke will announce the games from courtside, with seasoned BIG EAST analysts Joe Hassett and Dick Lloyd providing color commentary. All BIG EAST Mens Basketball Championship broadcasts will also be carried by XM Channel 200.
