Rutgers Radio Network Expands to South Jersey |

Piscataway, NJ Rutgers football games will be broadcast in South Jersey as ESPN 1450-AM in Atlantic City has joined the Rutgers Football Radio Network, Rutgers Athletics and Nelligan Sports Marketing announced today. ESPN 1450-AM in Atlantic City will broadcast the remaining games of the 2007 season.
With the addition of the affiliate in Atlantic City, the Rutgers Football Radio Network also includes WOR 710-AM in New York City, a 50,000-watt station that covers all of New York City, parts of Connecticut and Eastern Pennsylvania along with the Garden State. WCTC-1450 AM also adds additional coverage to the Central Jersey region. The voice of the Scarlet Knights, Chris Carlin, will handle play-by-play duties along with color commentary from former Rutgers tight end Tim Pernetti and sideline analysis from Anthony Fucilli. The Rutgers Football Pregame Show begins half an hour before kickoff. |
