NSM, based in Little Falls, NJ, was founded in June 1999 by TJ Nelligan with the mission to be the premier sports marketing company in the industry.  He was joined by Tim Hofferth, former Athletic Director at Villanova University, in 2000.  NSM currently has over 150 employees working around the country, half of whom have served in a variety of roles on college campuses; the other half have experience in the corporate sector.  This combination of on-campus and business experience separates NSM from other companies in the industry as our knowledge provides a unique understanding of the missions, objectives, issues and obstacles that face not only collegiate athletic departments but our corporate partners as well.
